In a technological age where you constantly have access to view the most exciting parts of people’s lives from across the world, it’s easy to feel unsatisfied and feel like you're not enough. The truth is however, the flashes of photos and videos we see on social media of these exciting moments are just that: brief moments. And it’s easy to lose sight of the fact that the way we live our lives, should not be in constant pursuit of these instant hits of dopamine but instead of finding what makes us comfortable, secure and happy with ourselves.
